Seldovia is a little non-touristic village – a secret- about 45 min across from Homer and kachemak bay. It’s the cutest little village. My highlight was seeing once almost extinct wild sea otters:
After that amazing night, I’ll never forget at the campground with little sleep we drove to Homer – Halibut Fishing Capitol of the world, a recent Olympic gold medalist birthplace and one of the most iconic cities in Alaska.
First glacier I saw from the plane – I later learned this is Harvard Glacier and College Fjord from my couchsurfing friend Andrew, whom we will be staying with in a few days in Homer – he seems to know all glaciers and fjords 😳
