First impressions Alaska
First glacier I saw from the plane – I later learned this is Harvard Glacier and College Fjord from my couchsurfing friend Andrew, whom we will be staying with in a few days in Homer – he seems to know all glaciers and fjords 😳

Ilce and I 🤗 we met in 2019 in Mexico and traveled a lot then and will be on the road together the next two weeks🥾
We went to 49th State Brewing after picking up our car and were greeted with these dramatic views 🤩

Our ride for the next two weeks
This is our route but we will probably skip Fairbanks and do Denali Highway instead

Off we go to stock up on food and everything we need for the next two weeks before we leave anchorage etc.
